6.1. Email ecological structure chart

Through the descriptions in the previous sections, we know the main business parts of the email ecosystem: email, marketing, hardware, and blockchain systems. The previous sections of this article introduce the main services and related applications in these businesses. These services and applications, including those that have been implemented, those under development and testing, and those planned for the future, form an email ecosystem in the Web3.0. We use an ecological structure diagram to better describe the overall structure, because the business parts are intertwined with each other. In the structure diagram, we use the hierarchical structure of the bottom layer, middle layer, and application layer of the blockchain to represent it. Through the ecological application structure diagram, we will see that this ecosystem consists of three parts: community, service platform (including project parties), and foundation. The community is composed of users (including Web2 users and Web3 users), studios, enterprises and other institutions. The service platform is a system under construction. The Foundation is responsible for resource management in the email ecosystem, including two main functions: asset management and ecosystem support. 6.2. Email ecological construction

In the email ecosystem, which is composed of multiple stakeholders, only by designing and maintaining ecological rules can email in the Web3.0 develop better. In some areas that are not yet clear and have not been specifically planned, only the principles to be followed are given.

1. Email

As the foundation of the entire ecosystem, email requires long-term and solid construction. The new email system mainly embodies the technical attributes and economic attributes of the blockchain. Among them, the need to realize the technical attributes of the new email system is more basic. It needs to provide available underlying support for the Web3.0 email system and provide available client support. , it is necessary to complete the encryption function support, the data preservation function support, the peer-to-peer protocol support, and the anti-spam, anti-virus, anti-phishing and other basic functions that exist in the current email. These tasks are the foundation of the entire ecological construction and require the solid work of the project team and the active participation of the community. At this stage, project parties and foundations can use token incentives from early users to encourage more people and institutions to participate in the construction.

After the basic work of the underlying construction of the email system is completed, we will further explore the integration of smart contract functions in the email system and provide layer2 extension support for the email layer. These tasks are mainly initiated and completed by the project team, and the separable functions will be encouraged to the ecological community. The final use and maturity of these applications depends on the participation of the community and the foundation. If a specific product is suitable for independent operation, the independent product design mode will be used. Taking Web3 name + MMS as an example, the operator will get 50% of the income, the foundation will get 35% of the income, the technical service side will get 15% of the income, the income of the operator and the technical side will be used for current, The foundation's proceeds will be used for future development, striving to continuously empower Web3 name services and MMS services.

For traditional email services, Business users can be attracted to participate through SaaS service or independent deployment. The main model can adopt the business model based on traditional companies. For C-side users to use the new email service, they can use the new features and products of Web 3.0, the attraction of new products, and token incentives.

For the user identity field in the Web3.0 involved in the email field, there are two main types of user distinctions. One is users from the Web3 field. For these users, more Web3 functional applications are directly empowered, and the other is users from the Web3 field. Users from Web2.0 will be brought into the world of Web3.0 by providing technical support and basic services for entering Web3.0. For the Web3.0 empowerment of all users, we mainly provide basic service capabilities in the early stage, provide user identity and reputation construction in a SaaS manner, and bring users better into the Web3.0 world by providing basic services for institutions and Business users.

The goal of the email field is to gradually migrate users from Web2.0 to Web3.0 and provide more infrastructure and basic services for the entire ecosystem, which is the basis for the growth of the entire email ecosystem. Encourage community users to participate, and design economic model rules to encourage user participation, including C-side users and Business users. The foundation will support more ecological applications to establish more application layer services.


The marketing section currently includes several main parts: upgrading traditional email marketing, marketing construction of new things xFT, transaction services, etc.

The upgraded traditional email marketing service includes C-end users, Business enterprises with marketing needs, companies that can provide marketing services, service providers that provide email services, service providers that provide marketing systems, etc. The essence is to use blocks the value redistribution ability of the chain allows email marketing to meet the needs of multiple parties. For trading services, the project team provides a basic trading service platform and develops related client applications, allowing various roles in the community to give full play to their respective advantages. Taking e-stamps as an example, it encourages various studios or institutions to publish their own products on the MiYou market and MiYou DM, and looks forward to producing outstanding creative parties such as Bored Ape and Cypherpunks in the field of e-mail. The construction of the hardware is currently under planning, and it is expected that related services will be gradually launched through the successful application of the blockchain email system. This requires the foundation to design relevant economic models to ensure that it has an economic foundation for sustainable development, and to promote the development of applications and the gradual maturity of products through functions such as peer-to-peer email reception and personal network disks, and through economic model encourages users to participate in the construction and use of blockchain storage networks. In this part of the business field, individuals in the community play an important role in the construction of basic physical facilities, which requires incentives from economic models and requires the project team to plan the technical implementation plan for blockchain storage. This is a challenging task. You can refer to the current achievements in the industry and learn from the experience of predecessors to gradually complete the construction of the blockchain storage business in stages. The foundation needs to encourage businesses and institutions in the community to use and participate in related application construction.

For BCDN business, traditional CDN has good cash flow income and is a direct business that can be replaced and fought for. Service providers and customers are all participants in future construction. After completing the construction of the basic hardware network through the "Data encryption box", we will provide gradually commercial BCDN products through the project team's technology, and use the revenue generated by BCDN to redistribute value to motivate various stakeholders in this business link, such as the C-side that provides hardware, the service provider that provides network services, the project team that provides technology implementation, the commercial data center service provider. In the BCDN business, the basic hardware facilities have been built. What is important is to provide mature application layer technology implementation and complete reasonable value distribution among multiple stakeholders.

Edge computing and future data management are areas that can be explored in the long term and will not be elaborated in this article. The principle is to make good use of the technical capabilities and value redistribution capabilities of the blockchain to provide high-value services to community users.

4. Blockchain

The blockchain system plans a multi-chain and cross-chain vision. Currently, a basic email chain has been built to meet the initial construction of the service platform. In the future, special public chains such as marketing public chain, storage public chain, BCDN public chain, and computing public chain will be built according to development and scenario needs. These constructions have challenges, require careful design of their economic models, and require good technical implementation. Let these dedicated public chains serve users in the community and provide good infrastructure for applications in the ecosystem.

At the same time, we will use mature public chains to build upper-layer applications in order to better serve users in the community, so that email applications can be built on the current mature blockchain system. For example, for applications such as stamps, public chains such as Ethereum, BSC, Tron, and Polygon will be used. Other specific applications will also adopt the same idea if it is feasible to use other public chains, so we will not explain them one by one here.

6.3. AI technology for ecological construction

With the strong explosion of AI technology in 2023, this technology has begun to have an impact on many industries. It is a significant sign that artificial intelligence has greater productivity and will have an impact on all industries in the future. In MiYou's ecosystem, related technologies have begun to be integrated to better promote the better development of related products and services.

In the field of picture design in the marketing section, Midjourney and Stable Diffusion began to be used to produce related design works. While attracting the original designer team, it also began to attract people and teams who can use AGI to generate their own creative ideas. And we plan to provide this AGI capability for C-end users in MiYou products.

In some text generation product functions in the MiYou ecosystem, the ChatGPT assistant function has begun to be provided. For example, users can use ChatGPT to generate email content for themselves, write a work report, write a love letter and other functions. In the email subscription product, users will be provided with ChatGPT assistant and industry AI assistant, allowing knowledge bloggers to better produce professional content.

AGI technology has just exploded, and there will be better technology development and scenario evolution. The MiYou ecosystem will keep up with this technology, pay attention to its development trends, and will continue to explore more application scenarios combined with AGI in ecological products.
